Week Five

Cory Shannon stepped into the winners circle in Week 4. An impressive 12 of 14 picks correct netted him the cash. Week 5 looks to be another tough week.We have several huge match ups featuring Top 25 teams, many with National Title hopes on the line.

The premiere game is another monster battle in the SEC, as Alabama travels to The Swamp to face the resurgent Gators. UF got at a practice in last week in Lexington, as did Bama vs Arkansas. Both teams feature great defensive lines, so this one could be won in the trenches.

Another great game with SEC flavor is #18 Arkansas vs #14 Texas A&M in the Jerry Jones' Church of Football in Arlington, Tx. #11 Virginia Tech hosts the #13 Clemson Tigers, and the #7 Wisconsin Badgers host the new Big 10 member #8 Nebraska Cornhuskers. It should be another battle royale this weekend.
Team spirit is a powerful thing, and these dedicated fans are showing some real passion for theirs.

Week 4 is here

Sean Shockey took Week 3 with 10 for 15 correct selections. It was a tough week, but the cheapest dude I know just won the money. He did have to suffer in person through a collapse of his beloved Eagles in Atlanta the next night though.

This week's theme is quality over quantity. We have 5 match-ups combining ranked teams. With that in mind, I would like to accentuate their student bodies.

WEEK 3

The biggest match up for this week goes outside the SEC. The game will still be held in the South though. #1 OKLAHOMA SOONERS head into Tallahassee Saturday to take on the resurgent #5 FLORIDA STATE SEMINOLES. Here is a taste of talents they display off the field.

Congratulations to Travis for winning Week 1 and paying for his entire season. Stephen dropped out, so we are at 14 now. Meaning the weekly payout is $70. On to the gridiron. There are still a bunch of folks who owe for Week 1, as well as the season.

In the premier match up of the weekend, the Alabama travels to Happy Valley to play Joe Pa and his navy and white Lions. This is a classic battle between 2 teams with the best uiniforms in all of sports. Plain & simple. Will the SEC flex their muscle once again and bitch-slap the Big 10 (*12) ?

To be honest, it took some serious Google Image skills to find some decently hot PSU girls. Not to worry, I have another Big 10 school below I am offering a tribute to simply because they are the Gameday feature game of Week 2.

The SEC also offers the best intra-conference game as the upstart Mississippi State Bulldogs take on the defending National Champion Auburn Tigers on the plains. As you can see, they have a strong supporting cast as well.

In another do or die match-up, #12 South Carolina rolls into Athens to take on the Dawgs. Will FireMarkRicht.com get the most hits ever in Georgia after SPurrier rolls them, or will MR save his job and teh UGA season ? Don't get caught with your pants down again UGA like you did vs. Boise State!

Gameday clearly made a strong choice to travel to Ann Arbor, whom I hear is a slut
